This post is for Bible believing Christians only. If you are in the above category then you are commanded to go into all nations and to teach them to observe all things Jesus taught and to make disciples. That means in whatever country you go to you are a missionary, and an ambassador of the Kingdom of God. That means being a good citizen, praying FOR the nation you inhabit and actively promoting Godly principles in all arenas of that country’s society. In other words being the salt and light Jesus spoke of. Unless of course you are sent to America where it’s totally cool to hate her, despise her founding and highlight her sins , denounce Christian nationalism in all it’s forms, take no serious moral stand against the darkness and deception creeping in and of course refuse to vote or participate in an election to choose good leaders. I’m being facetious of course. Probably not a greater sin perpetrated by our nations pastors than the cowardice of silence in the face of evil. Scripture teaches us that there is judgement on those who are passive when God is calling for action, and today I read in Ezekiel where God marked for mercy all those who were grieved by the sin in their society. It’s actually disgusting how many so called Christians refuse to vote. Our nation is desperately needing good and Godly leaders and if the Church would wake up we would see that happen. And if the excuse is that the choices are bad then maybe you should run for office next time. Today is Election Day. Pray and then go vote!
