First off I would like to welcome all of the new subscribers to Perspectives from the Heartland! That last post on property taxes really hit a nerve and was read, shared and commented on by over 1,100 people. I was floored by all the positive responses and new subscribers and am glad to have you on board!

In the latest podcast Jimmy and I discuss further the latest assessments and I share new information gleaned from a recent meeting with our county Assessor. Jimmy shares his perspective on the proposed hospital merger among other things.
